CHallenge
To be able to see an intro screen on the Home screen when a new feature is released.
SOLUTION
- Display intro screens upon launching app.
- Show permission modals after intro screens.
- If a user has already allowed or dismissed permissions that are not new, then do not show modals.

Value Prop and Order of Permission Modals
A few iterations and flows were done to determine which experience would be seamless and with a low barrier of entry. For the first version, the permission modals were shown before the home screen. Giving a value prop for why the user should opt into notifications was a direction we wanted to go with, but that would mean more screens for the user to go through. The user would see a screen screen followed by a permission modal twice so it was better to move not show the extra screens, move the permission modals after the home screen, and show the value prop with copy in the native modals.
