CHallenge

With the new Samsung S9 being released soon, Verizon wanted to introduce a way for the user to buy one get one free since the app experience did not support a BOGO offer at the time.

SOLUTION

  • Understand where to introduce the BOGO offer. At the home feed and shop flow.

  • Since there were some IT limitations such as knowing when the first phone was added to the cart, had to introduce an interstitial after a certain screen.

  • “Get offer” CTA leads the user to a custom grid wall of Samsung S9 phones. In the previous experience, the user had to navigate to the Samsung grid wall themselves and not have a custom experience.
