CHallenge
With the new Samsung S9 being released soon, Verizon wanted to introduce a way for the user to buy one get one free since the app experience did not support a BOGO offer at the time.
SOLUTION
Understand where to introduce the BOGO offer. At the home feed and shop flow.
Since there were some IT limitations such as knowing when the first phone was added to the cart, had to introduce an interstitial after a certain screen.
“Get offer” CTA leads the user to a custom grid wall of Samsung S9 phones. In the previous experience, the user had to navigate to the Samsung grid wall themselves and not have a custom experience.
